I recently got invited to tagged.com. Just had a quick look after signing up doing the usual Gmail import thing and hand selecting a few only of my friends. I hate the fact that gmail adds every email I use and then these types of apps picks it up, almost did what i did for facebook and added everyone to it!

Anyways, tagged seem to offer pretty much like any of the other web 2.0 social thingies. You have your main dashboard, profile, messge friends listing and other toys in the form of widgets. The main selling point is the chat thing by the looks of things which you can search for people online by a basic criteria. Only thing is that it seems to inherit the annoying bits of myspace including the fiendish designs and bloody annoying music players that start up as soon as you land on them!

I decided to get off my ass and actually try get back into the old programming recently and wanted a interesting project. Looks like I have a couple with the ds london site and now facebook api. Went through the developer section and the php tutorial on how to do the classic hello world then a post back to your profile (using the added app) and then draggin info from an external website. So much potential, now to start planning that killer app. Check it out http://developers.facebook.com/get_started.php.

Music listening to: Future Jazz Paradise Vol3 - nice mish mash of Jazz/RnB. Perfect sunday kick back music.
